Insight Dialogue is an interpersonal Vipassana meditation practice building on mindfulness,  wisdom, and our own natural relatedness. It is designed to support the full integration of the meditative process into our daily lives, interpersonal relationship, at home, at work and in the communities we are part of.

Content: During our retreat we will have silent practice and mindful dialogue together in groups of two or more; contemplating Dhamma teachings and the here-and-now experiences. To orientate our day-to-day life towards Dhamma, we will develop kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity and a wise response to the challenges of life, as well as cultivate meditative qualities like mindfulness, calmness of the mind.

This event is suitable for people with meditation retreat experience.

Vegetarian breakfast and lunch is provided, as well as very light dinner / refreshment with fruits in the evening.

Please ensure you have read the Fa Hong Monastery Code Of Conduct guidelines before applying for this event.

Retreat conducted in English and Cantonese.

Location: Fa Hong Monastery, Lantau Island

Deadline: Jan 18, 2023, spaces are limited and priority will be given to people who will join the whole retreat.

Fee: By Donation, we request a $500 deposit to be paid in advance to reserve your space. The money is refundable upon completing the whole retreat if needed. However, it is not refundable if you cancel the retreat.

Once your application is accepted, we will email you the necessary information for coming to the retreat. Owing to our resource constraints, online participation is only available for non-Hong Kong residents who speaks mandarin.
